Active Impact Sweepstakes #6
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE AN ENTRANT’S ODDS OF WINNING RELATIVE TO OBTAINING THE SAME NUMBER OF ENTRIES THROUGH THE FREE ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY. VOID IN FLORIDA, NEW YORK, AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The “Active Impact Sweepstakes #6” (“Sweepstakes” or “AIS6”) is sponsored by:
Active Impact LLC
1500 North Grant Street, #4497
Denver, Colorado 80203
United States
(“Sponsor”)
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States other than Florida and New York, and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry.
Residents of Florida, New York, United States territories and possessions, and jurisdictions outside the forty-eight eligible United States and the District of Columbia are not eligible.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of Active Impact LLC, Clean Sweeps LLC, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, contractors, and any other companies or individuals involved in the development, promotion, fulfillment or administration of the Sweepstakes, as well as members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes spouses, parents, legal guardians, children, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.
The Sweepstakes is void in Florida, New York, and wherever prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on July 20, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on August 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Online entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026, and received no later than September 7, 2026.
The database computer used through the Clean Sweeps Shopify application is the official timekeeping device for online entries and online promotional periods associated with the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s records, together with the entrant and entry records maintained through Clean Sweeps, will determine whether an online entry was timely received, subject to Sponsor’s right to investigate fraud, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, technical errors and entry eligibility.
The potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or around September 10, 2026, after timely submitted online and mail-in entries have been processed and verified.
4. Grand Prize
One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive their choice of one of the following two prize options:
Option A: Japan Travel Prize
A trip to Japan for the winner and one travel companion with a maximum total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $7,500 USD, consisting of:
-
Two round-trip economy-class airline tickets between the United States and Japan, booked by Sponsor, with a maximum combined value of $3,500 USD;
-
Hotel or other Sponsor-approved lodging accommodations in Japan, booked or provided by Sponsor, with a maximum combined value of $2,000 USD; and
-
A $2,000 USD cash award.
Option B: Cash Alternative
A cash award of $7,500 USD, delivered by check, bank transfer or another payment method selected by Sponsor.
The winner may select either the Japan Travel Prize or the $7,500 cash alternative, but not both.
Japan Travel Prize Conditions
The winner may propose preferred travel dates and a preferred United States departure airport, subject to Sponsor approval, airline schedules, availability, applicable travel restrictions and the stated prize budget.
Sponsor will work with the winner to identify suitable economy-class flights within the combined $3,500 flight budget. If flights from the winner’s preferred airport or on the winner’s preferred dates exceed the available flight budget, the winner may be required to select alternate dates, an alternate departure airport or another reasonably available itinerary.
Sponsor will work with the winner to select lodging within the $2,000 lodging budget. The lodging location, property, room type and dates are subject to availability and Sponsor approval.
If the actual cost of flights or lodging is less than the maximum amount allocated to that component, the difference will not be awarded in cash, transferred to another prize component or credited to the winner.
If the winner selects flights, lodging, upgrades or other arrangements exceeding an applicable prize-component budget, the winner will be responsible for the excess amount, subject to Sponsor’s prior approval.
The winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required passports, visas, identification documents, permissions, insurance and other travel documentation.
Sponsor is not responsible if the winner or travel companion is unable to travel because of missing, expired, invalid or insufficient travel documentation.
Unless expressly included above, the winner and travel companion are responsible for all expenses associated with accepting or using the prize, including:
-
Transportation to and from the departure airport;
-
Ground transportation;
-
Meals and beverages;
-
Checked and carry-on baggage fees;
-
Seat-selection fees;
-
Passport and visa expenses;
-
Travel insurance;
-
Excursions and activities;
-
Gratuities;
-
Resort, destination or incidental fees; and
-
Personal expenses.
The winner must begin coordinating travel with Sponsor within three (3) months after being confirmed as the winner. Travel must be completed within twelve (12) months after winner confirmation unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.
The winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary unless Sponsor approves another arrangement.
The prize may not be transferred or assigned. No substitution or redemption is permitted except for the winner’s stated right to select the $7,500 cash alternative or as otherwise determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor may substitute a prize or prize component of equal or greater value if the advertised prize or a component becomes unavailable.
Actual prize value may vary depending on the selected departure airport, travel dates, availability and market conditions. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that prize fulfillment and related promotional activities may be photographed, filmed or otherwise recorded by Sponsor, subject to applicable law and any required written releases.
5. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry.
A. Online Purchase Entry
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants who purchase qualifying products or services through www.activeimpact.co will automatically receive the number of Sweepstakes entries displayed for the applicable product or service at the time of purchase.
The anticipated standard entry values at the beginning of the Sweepstakes are:
-
A qualifying $25 product or service: one (1) entry
-
A qualifying $50 product or service: three (3) entries
-
A qualifying $100 product or service: eight (8) entries
Entry values may vary by qualifying product, service, package or promotion. The applicable entry value will be clearly displayed on the relevant product page or offer before the purchase is completed.
Entry values are determined by the qualifying product or service selected and are not necessarily calculated by dividing the entire transaction amount by a fixed dollar amount.
Taxes, shipping charges, gratuities, gift-card purchases and other excluded amounts do not earn entries unless Sponsor expressly states otherwise.
The entry value displayed when an eligible order is completed will govern that order. Subsequent changes will not be applied retroactively to previously completed purchases.
Sponsor may prospectively introduce:
-
Additional qualifying products or services;
-
New purchase options;
-
Different entry values for new or existing offers; and
-
Limited-time promotional entry opportunities.
Any applicable entry value or promotional term must be disclosed before the qualifying transaction or entry occurs. Sponsor will not retroactively reduce or revoke valid entries already earned.
Fraudulent purchases, unauthorized payment activity, chargeback abuse or purchases made with the intent to return or dispute the qualifying product or service after receiving entries may result in cancellation of associated entries and disqualification, to the extent permitted by law.
A purchase is not required to enter.
B. Mail-In Entry—No Purchase Necessary
To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant must legibly hand-print the following information on a 3-inch-by-5-inch card or piece of paper:
-
Full legal name;
-
Complete residential mailing address;
-
Telephone number;
-
Date of birth;
-
Email address; and
-
A statement of at least twenty-five (25) words describing what winning the Sweepstakes would mean to the entrant.
Place the completed entry card in a standard #10 business-size envelope with sufficient postage and mail it to:
Active Impact Sweepstakes #6
Active Impact LLC
1500 North Grant Street, #4497
Denver, Colorado 80203
United States
Each separate, complete and eligible mail-in request will receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry, subject to an applicable Bonus Period described below.
Each request must be mailed separately in its own outer envelope.
Multiple entry cards mailed in one envelope or package will be invalid.
All required information on the entry card and outer envelope must be personally hand-printed by the entrant. Typed, copied, stamped, mechanically reproduced, computer-generated or automatically generated materials are prohibited.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than August 31, 2026, and received no later than September 7, 2026.
Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is lost, late, damaged, incomplete, illegible, postage-due, delayed, stolen or misdirected.
Entrants may not use a commercial entry service, third-party entry organization, automated process or another person to prepare or submit entries on their behalf.
There is no stated limit on the number of otherwise compliant mail-in requests an eligible entrant may submit. Each request must separately satisfy all requirements of these Official Rules.
6. Bonus Periods
Sponsor may offer one or more limited-time Bonus Periods during the Sweepstakes Period.
During a Bonus Period, qualifying purchase and mail-in entries may receive an announced multiplier or additional number of entries, such as 2x or 3x entries.
The applicable:
-
Beginning date and time;
-
Ending date and time;
-
Multiplier;
-
Eligibility requirements;
-
Participating products or services; and
-
Promotional code or identification requirement, if any,
will be clearly disclosed on Sponsor’s website or in the applicable promotional materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Periods begin and end according to Mountain Time.
To receive a Bonus Period multiplier through the mail-in method, an entrant must:
-
Hand-print the applicable Bonus Period name or promotional code announced by Sponsor on the outside of the envelope; and
-
Have the envelope postmarked during the applicable Bonus Period.
A qualifying mail-in request will receive the same multiplier applied to one standard entry during that Bonus Period.
For example:
-
A qualifying request postmarked during a 2x Bonus Period will receive two entries.
-
A qualifying request postmarked during a 3x Bonus Period will receive three entries.
Mail-in requests that are not properly marked or are postmarked outside an applicable Bonus Period will receive one standard entry, provided they are otherwise eligible.
An entry may receive only the bonus applicable when it was submitted or postmarked. Multipliers may not be combined or stacked unless the applicable promotional materials expressly allow stacking.
Sponsor may introduce additional Bonus Periods prospectively during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor will not retroactively reduce or revoke valid entries already earned.
Entrants are responsible for reviewing Sponsor’s website and promotional announcements to determine whether a Bonus Period is active and what terms apply.
7. General Entry Conditions
There is no overall limit on the total number of eligible Sweepstakes entries that may be received.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, altered, mechanically reproduced, automated, generated by script or submitted in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified.
Attempts by one person to enter using false identities, unauthorized accounts, another person’s identity or other deceptive methods may result in disqualification of all associated entries.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the identity, eligibility and entry information of any entrant.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
Proof that an entry was submitted or mailed does not constitute proof that it was received, accepted or deemed eligible.
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for Sweepstakes administration and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at:
https://activeimpact.co/policies/privacy-policy
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
A purchase does not provide better odds than obtaining the same number of eligible entries through the free mail-in method.
9. Winner Selection and Notification
One potential Grand Prize winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted on or around September 10, 2026, using the winner-selection functionality provided through the Clean Sweeps platform or another reasonably secure and impartial random-selection method designated by Sponsor.
Clean Sweeps assists Sponsor with maintaining the online entrant database, recording online entries, timekeeping and providing winner-selection functionality. Unless separately engaged to perform additional services, Clean Sweeps is not responsible for processing mail-in entries, determining final eligibility, contacting the potential winner, fulfilling the prize or making final decisions concerning interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules.
Before the drawing, Sponsor will reconcile eligible online entries maintained through Clean Sweeps with all eligible and timely received mail-in entries. Sponsor may remove entries associated with refunds, canceled transactions, chargebacks, fraud, technical errors, ineligible entrants or violations of these Official Rules.
The potential winner may be contacted by email, telephone and/or postal mail using the contact information supplied with the selected entry.
Sponsor will make up to three reasonable attempts to contact the potential winner.
To be confirmed as the winner, the potential winner must:
-
Respond within seven (7) calendar days after the initial notification;
-
Complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release;
-
Complete and return IRS Form W-9;
-
Complete and return the AIS6 Winner’s Agreement;
-
Complete any reasonably necessary travel, tax or prize-fulfillment documentation; and
-
Continue to comply with these Official Rules.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to provide required documents or otherwise fails to comply, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize.
Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may repeat the alternate-selection process up to three times. If no eligible winner is confirmed after those attempts, Sponsor may leave the prize unawarded to the extent permitted by law.
10. Prize Conditions and Taxes
The confirmed winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the prize.
Sponsor will report the prize to the appropriate taxing authorities as required by law. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued based on the reportable value of the selected prize.
The winner must provide accurate tax and identification information requested by Sponsor. Failure to provide required information or documentation may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.
The winner may be required to sign additional releases, acknowledgments or documents reasonably necessary to fulfill the selected prize.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, city and state of residence, likeness, photograph, voice, statements and biographical information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional payment or approval.
11. Sponsor’s Rights
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failure, force majeure or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises or materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may not modify the Sweepstakes in a manner that retroactively removes or reduces eligible entries already earned.
If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action was taken or use another fair and equitable method consistent with applicable law.
Sponsor may disqualify any entrant whom Sponsor reasonably determines has:
-
Violated these Official Rules;
-
Tampered with or attempted to manipulate the entry process;
-
Submitted fraudulent, automated or mechanically reproduced entries;
-
Acted in an abusive, threatening, disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner; or
-
Attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.
Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers and sweepstakes administrators from claims, losses, damages, liabilities or causes of action arising from or related to:
-
Participation in the Sweepstakes;
-
Acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize;
-
Travel associated with the prize;
-
Technical, printing, typographical, administrative or human errors;
-
Lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, delayed or misdirected entries or communications;
-
Unauthorized human intervention; or
-
Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or prize use.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Disputes
Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor, will be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Entrants agree that disputes arising from or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually and not through a class, collective or representative action.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Denver, Colorado, under mutually applicable arbitration rules, unless Sponsor and the entrant agree otherwise in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, recovery will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
Entrants waive claims for punitive, incidental, consequential, special or multiplied damages and attorney fees except where such waiver is prohibited.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect and will be interpreted as if the invalid provision had not been included.
15. Winner’s List
To request the winner’s first name, last initial, city and state of residence, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by December 10, 2026, to:
