Refund policy

Zen Zen provides digital and service-based products, including environmental impact services. Because these products are fulfilled immediately and are not physical goods, all sales are generally final.

Environmental Impact Services

For products such as plastic removal or other impact services:

• These services are fulfilled immediately after purchase.

• Once impact has been executed, the service cannot be reversed or returned.

• Refunds are not available for completed impact services.

Errors or Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made in error or without your authorization, please contact us as soon as possible at reagan@zenzen.cc.

We are happy to review your request and assist before a chargeback is filed.
