1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes ("Active Impact Sweepstakes #4" or “AIS#4”) is sponsored by:

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Zen Zen LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members of such employees are not eligible.

Void where prohibited. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins: 12:00:01 a.m. MST on February 19, 2026

Ends: 11:59:59 p.m. MST on March 31, 2026

Drawing Date: April 5th, 2026 

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of:

•  Two (2) round-trip economy-class flights between the United States and Japan, booked by Sponsor, up to a maximum total value of $3,000 USD ($1,500 per traveler)

•  One (1) $1,000 lodging voucher valid for hotel accommodations in Japan

•  One (1) $1,000 cash award

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,000 USD. Actual value may vary depending on travel dates and availability. Any difference between actual cost and maximum value will not be awarded.

Winner will select their preferred travel dates and U.S. departure airport, subject to Sponsor approval and availability. Sponsor will book two (2) round-trip economy-class tickets to Japan up to a maximum of $1,500 USD per traveler. If the total cost of flights from the winner's preferred departure airport exceeds $1,500 per traveler, the winner will be asked to select alternate dates or an alternate departure airport until suitable flights within the budget are found. No cash equivalent will be awarded for any unused portion of the flight budget. Travel must be booked within three (3) months of winner notification and completed within twelve (12) months thereafter.

Winner must provide all necessary personal information required to book travel.

No substitution or transfer permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

By accepting the prize, winner agrees that prize fulfillment and related promotional content may be photographed or recorded by Sponsor.

5. How to Enter

There are multiple methods of entry:

A. Online Purchase Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period, entrants who make a purchase at www.activeimpact.co will receive entries based on the entry value assigned to each product or service at the time of purchase. Each product and service on www.activeimpact.co will display its own entry rate, ranging from 2 to 10 entries per $1.00 spent, based on pre-tax subtotal, excluding shipping and discounts. Entry rates are listed on the product page at the time of purchase and are subject to change. During an active Bonus Period, applicable multipliers (2x–10x) may be applied to the base entry rate. Multipliers may be combined during overlapping promotions.

Fraudulent returns or attempts to manipulate the system will result in disqualification.

B. Social Media Advertisement Comment Entry (Voluntary – No Purchase Required)

Entrants may receive 20 entries by posting a comment on any official Instagram or Facebook advertisement published by @activeimpactco (Active Ad’s linked here https://activeimpact.co/pages/active-ads) during the Sweepstakes Period and sending an email to support@activeimpact.co including:

•  Subject Line: AIS#4 Ad Entry

•  Screenshot of the comment

•  Full Name

•  Mailing Address

•  Phone Number

•  Date of Birth

•  Email Address

Limit: One (1) social entry per person. Comments must comply with platform rules and may not contain offensive or unlawful content.

C. Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchase, mail a hand-printed 3” × 5” card including:

•  Full Name

•  Complete Mailing Address

•  Phone Number

•  Date of Birth

•  Email Address

•  A minimum 25-word statement describing what winning would mean to you

Must be received by March 31, 2026. Each mail-in entry equals 15 entries.

Bonus Periods: Bonus Periods, when active, will be announced on the Sponsor’s website at www.activeimpact.co. During an active Bonus Period, mail-in entrants may receive the applicable multiplier by writing “Bonus Period” on the outside of the envelope. To qualify, the envelope must be postmarked during the active Bonus Period. Entries postmarked outside the applicable Bonus Period dates, or received without “Bonus Period” written on the envelope, will receive the standard 15 entries. Entrants are responsible for checking the website to confirm whether a Bonus Period is active.

Hand-Printing Requirement: All information on both the entry card and the outer envelope must be hand-printed by the entrant. Typed, computer-generated, or mechanically reproduced text is not permitted and may result in disqualification. 

6. General Entry Conditions

•  All entries become property of Sponsor.

•  Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

•  Personal information is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

•  All purchase transactions are final.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected via secure random drawing conducted by Sponsor and notified via email and/or phone within five (5) days of the drawing.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within five (5) business days of initial notice of winning, or fails to complete required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.

9. Prize Conditions

Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability & Publicity Release, and must complete IRS Form W-9 and AIS#4 Winner’s Agreement.

An IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the total prize value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the full ARV of the prize, including the non-cash portions (flights and lodging voucher).

Winner grants Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

10. Sponsor Rights

Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise integrity.

11. Disputes

Governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Entrants agree to: no class actions; venue in Colorado; damages limited to actual out-of-pocket costs; no punitive or consequential damages.

12. Limitation of Liability

Entrants release Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize use, including technical or human error.

13. Winners List

To request the winner’s name, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above by June 30, 2026.
